Is the quote really free and without commitment?
Yes. The on-site visit, the measurements and the detailed quote are free of charge, with no call-out fee, anywhere in the canton of Geneva. You remain entirely free: the quote binds you to nothing until you sign it.
How does a quote request work at Renovhome?
Three steps: 1) describe your project through the form, by phone or WhatsApp; 2) we arrange an on-site visit to measure the surfaces and assess their condition; 3) you receive a written quote, detailed room by room.
Do I need to be present for the visit?
It is recommended so we can discuss your expectations, but not required: we can arrange access with a relative, the building caretaker or the property manager. For a rented flat, we can coordinate directly with the tenant if you prefer.
What does the Renovhome quote include?
A room-by-room breakdown: surfaces measured on site, surface preparation, the products used and the planned finishes. Each item is priced separately — you see exactly what you pay for. All work is covered by the 2-year legal warranty (Art. 371 CO).
Do you work across the whole canton of Geneva?
Yes. Based in Le Lignon (Vernier), we work in every Geneva commune: Meyrin, Onex, Lancy, Carouge, Champel, Eaux-Vives, Cologny and beyond. Travel for the quote visit is free throughout the canton.
Can I request a quote for an end-of-lease repaint?
Yes — it is one of our specialities: repainting walls and ceilings white, touching up enamel on woodwork, filling holes before the exit inspection. The detailed quote can be shown to your property manager as proof of the work carried out.
